Digital Marketing Executive | Marketing | OrthTeam Centre | Manchester

About the OrthTeam Centre

The OrthTeam Centre (OTC) is a specialist private outpatient and diagnostic facility based in Manchester. A joint venture between OrthTeam Consultants and Spire Healthcare, the centre provides high-quality musculoskeletal services, including orthopaedics, neurosurgery, pain management, sports medicine and advanced diagnostic imaging.

We're now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the OrthTeam Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and creative marketer to take ownership of digital marketing activity, working closely with both local stakeholders and Spire Healthcare's central marketing team.

Duties Include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the OrthTeam Centre's marketing strategy and growth plans.
  • Managing and updating website content to ensure information is accurate, engaging and aligned to brand standards.
  • Supporting the development and ongoing optimisation of the OrthTeam Centre website.
  • Creating and coordinating digital content across a range of channels, including social media, email marketing and the website.
  • Supporting SEO and PPC activity to drive visibility, engagement and conversions.
  • Working with external agencies and central marketing teams to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Producing campaign performance reports and using data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing marketing content and messaging that engages patients and supports business growth.
  • Building strong relationships with consultants, operational teams and marketing stakeholders across the organisation.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised digital marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

You will have:

  • A degree-level qualification in Marketing or a related subject (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Experience managing website content and digital campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC and website performance metrics.
  • Experience working with external agencies and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who can work independently, build strong relationships, and take a proactive approach to delivering results. You'll be comfortable working within a matrix environment, balancing priorities across multiple stakeholders and adapting to changing business needs.
