Position Summary

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic Digital Marketing Executive who wants to build a career in ecommerce marketing – and who genuinely loves books.

Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience across email, paid media, social, content and ecommerce, with the opportunity to take increasing ownership as your skills develop. As part of a collaborative and creative team, you will bring a positive, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to contribute ideas that enhance campaign performance and content quality.

We’re looking for someone curious and commercially minded who will bring ideas, test new approaches and look for ways to make our marketing better. • Assist in the setup and day-to-day use of digital tools and platforms, including email, social scheduling, analytics, and eCommerce personalisation systems
  • Monitor and compile performance data across channels, supporting quarterly and annual reporting and optimisation led by the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Contribute creative ideas in campaign and planning meetings, supporting the development of new marketing initiatives
  • Provide general support to the Digital Marketing Manager as required
  • Any ad hoc duties as specified by the Management team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
