Digital Marketing Executive
We are an innovative, industry leading tech business with a successful 30+ year trading history and a determination to grow our business in major export markets such as EU but in particular USA. This role is within a small but highly capable team alongside a dedicated and very talented content creator.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our innovative marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media management, and B2B marketing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead various projects, optimise online presence, and contribute to the growth of our brand across multiple digital platforms. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, along with proficiency in relevant tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, and Adobe Photoshop. This is a paid position suitable for individuals eager to develop their career within a fast-paced marketing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and optimise SEO campaigns to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Oversee social media channels, creating engaging content and scheduling posts to maximise audience interaction.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, analysing performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Utilise Google Ads and Google Analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Manage website content using WordPress, ensuring information is current, accurate, and optimised for SEO.
- Create compelling copy for digital content including blogs, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Lead project management efforts for various marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and R&D to align marketing efforts with organisational goals.
- Utilise industry standard software for basic graphic design tasks to support campaigns.
- Maintain organised records of campaign performance data using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting purposes.

Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing management with a focus on SEO, B2B marketing, and social media management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and email marketing platforms.
- Solid understanding of IT systems relevant to digital marketing activities.
- Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data insights effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage projects independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Good time management skills with an organised approach to work priorities.

This role requires constant inter-departmental team interactions as well as in person technical training and reviews and is therefore not suitable for a person that requires working from home (WFH) in full or in part time. Public transport to our HQ is not good therefore you would need to be able to drive to work daily. If you might feel that WFH is important to you or if you live in an area that is further than a 30 minute commute by car please do not apply for this role
