We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team. If you have experience across SEO, email marketing, paid social, LinkedIn advertising, Google Analytics and campaign management, this could be the perfect opportunity to further your digital marketing career with one of the UK's leading B2B suppliers to the garment decoration industry.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Channel Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for executing and optimising digital marketing activity across multiple channels. Working closely with Brand, Creative and Digital teams, you'll help drive brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial performance through data-led marketing initiatives.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a solid digital marketing foundation who wants to broaden their expertise across SEO, content optimisation, email marketing, paid social advertising, campaign management and digital analytics.

What You'll Be Doing:
SEO & Search Marketing
- Support SEO strategy and content optimisation initiatives
- Conduct keyword research and improve website content performance
- Optimise metadata, on-page content and search visibility
- Monitor organic performance and identify growth opportunities
- Support content development for emerging AI-powered search experiences
Email Marketing & CRM
- Create and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns
- Support audience segmentation and personalised customer communications
- Manage campaign testing and optimisation activities
- Analyse engagement metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Organic & Paid Social Media
- Plan, schedule and publish engaging social content
- Support brand awareness and audience growth across social platforms
- Execute and optimise paid social campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn
- Develop audience targeting strategies and campaign testing plans
- Monitor performance and maximise ROI
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other platforms
- Generate reports and actionable insights
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Support continuous optimisation across all digital channels
Campaign Management
- Coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3+ years' experience in a Digital Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Experience delivering:
- SEO campaigns
- Email marketing campaigns
- Organic social media activity
- Paid social advertising
- Audience segmentation and CRM marketing
- Experience using:
- Google Analytics
- Email marketing platforms
- Marketing automation tools
- CRM systems
- Strong understanding of:
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Content optimisation
- Digital marketing best practice
- Customer journey and lifecycle marketing
- AI-driven search and evolving digital marketing trends
- Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities

Desirable
- CIM qualification (Level 4 or above) or equivalent
- B2B marketing experience
- Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs or Google Search Console
- Additional paid media, analytics or social platform experience
