Digital Marketing Executive

Central Manchester | Hybrid (4 days in)

If you’re a digital marketer who likes knowing that your work actually drives enquiries, leads and results, this could be a really good next move.

We’re working with a growing property and lifestyle business that’s building an exciting presence in the UK. They’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the team and play a key role in driving lead generation and improving digital performance.

The role:

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, agencies and the wider lettings/commercial team, you’ll get involved across the full digital marketing mix, including:

  • Supporting paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Monitoring lead volumes, CPL, conversion rates and ROI
  • Using GA4, Google Ads, Meta and CRM data to identify opportunities and improve performance
  • Improving website content, SEO, landing pages and customer journeys
  • Managing and optimising third-party property/listing platforms
  • Supporting CRM campaigns, including segmentation, targeting and reporting
  • Producing regular performance reports and turning data into actionable recommendations
  • Working with internal teams to understand lead quality and customer behaviour
  • Helping track budgets, invoices and general marketing activity
  • Testing new ideas and opportunities to improve campaign performance

What we're looking for:

You’ll ideally have:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in digital, performance marketing, lead generation or acquisition
  • Experience supporting paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Experience using GA4 to monitor website and campaign performance
  • An analytical and commercially minded approach
  • A good understanding of the digital journey from first click through to conversion
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with agencies and internal teams
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and reporting skills
  • A proactive attitude and genuine interest in improving digital performance

Experience with Salesforce or another CRM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, WordPress, email automation, landing page testing or CRO would be a bonus.
