Digital Marketing Executive
This is a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive role supporting the delivery and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, YouTube and Demand Generation. You'll work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to analyse performance, improve ROI, manage campaigns end-to-end and develop your expertise within a leading consumer travel brand.

Description
- Support and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, YouTube and Demand Gen.
- Work with media agencies to launch, manage and improve campaign performance against commercial objectives.
- Monitor budgets and key KPIs including bookings, revenue, CPA, ROAS and conversion performance.
- Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve results and ROI.
- Coordinate campaign delivery from briefing through to launch, optimisation and reporting.
- Ensure creative, targeting, tracking, pricing and promotional details are accurate across all campaigns.
- Produce performance reports and turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Use GA4, SA360 and advertising platforms to understand customer and campaign performance.
- Support testing of audiences, creative, messaging, formats and media channels.
- Develop digital advertising assets with internal teams and external agencies.
- Build strong relationships with agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.

Profile
- 1-4 years' experience in digital or performance marketing, either in-house or agency-side. (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE)
- Strong understanding of paid media channels such as Paid Search and Paid Social.
- Commercially minded with an analytical approach to campaign performance and optimisation.
- Confident working with data, reporting tools and spreadsheets to generate insights.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with agencies and stakeholders.
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or GA4.
- Background in travel, ecommerce or another services-focused business is preferred.
