Junior Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Kingston, London (3 days per week in office)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in our Richmond office. You'll support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across our website and social media channels. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to build their digital marketing skills while contributing directly to the company's online presence.
Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities
- Keep website content accurate, relevant, and up to date
- Track website performance metrics and support SEO best practice, identifying optimisation opportunities
- Manage landing pages for campaigns, webinars, and product launches
- Work with the web development team to implement marketing-driven improvements and new features
- Coordinate website updates alongside broader marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn)
- Monitor social channels and respond to comments, messages, and engagement opportunities
- Help build social media content calendars in line with marketing campaigns
- Write blog posts and campaign copy
- Support the planning and delivery of promotions, product launches, and webinars
- Track webinar registrations, assist with pre-event email communications, and support post-event follow-up and content repurposing
- Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and strategy
- Support other marketing projects and initiatives as needed

Ideal Digital Marketing Executive Profile
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Experience
- Approximately 2 years' experience in a digital marketing, communications, or similar role
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of, or keen interest in, digital marketing, including SEO/SEM principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), CRMs (e.g. HubSpot), or content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable
