FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a leading not-for-profit organisation with the recruitment of a Marketing Executive (Social Media & Content).

The role will be based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester, and will focus on growing organic reach, engagement and income across the organisation’s established social media channels.

Salary

£35,000 – £45,000, depending on experience + great benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging social media content across a range of established platforms.
  • Help grow organic reach, engagement and income through social media activity.
  • Plan and deliver content aligned with wider marketing and fundraising objectives.
  • Manage content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
  • Create and adapt content including short-form video, social copy and campaign assets.
  • Monitor performance and use analytics to improve future content and campaigns.
  • Support paid social activity where required.
  • Work closely with wider digital and fundraising teams on integrated campaigns.
  • Identify emerging social media trends and opportunities to grow audiences.
  • Use AI and digital tools to support content creation, reporting and campaign development.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience within social media, content marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience growing social media reach and engagement.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Good understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
  • Experience with paid social, SEO or creator content would be beneficial.
  • Comfortable using AI-powered content tools as part of the creative process.
  • Strong communication, organisation and project-management skills.
