Lift Brands Elevated Wellness Companies is a leading wellness franchise organisation with over 2,000 clubs open or in development globally.

Lift Brands EMEA is responsible for guiding franchisees in operating Snap Fitness 24/7 gyms and is on an impressive growth trajectory with more sites due to open in 2026 resulting from ongoing investment into infrastructure and the team.

Department Overview

The regional Marketing & Experience team works closely with global and EMEA teams to grow the Snap Fitness brand. The team develops member experience initiatives and delivers engaging brand campaigns that drive member acquisition, retention, and franchisee growth.

Purpose of the Role

The Digital Marketing Executive supports in delivering high-performing digital strategies that drive lead generation and member acquisition for the Snap Fitness network.

You’ll play a key role in building, managing, and optimising paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, AI search and the website, identifying opportunities to improve performance and test new approaches. With a data-driven mindset and creative eye, you’ll help ensure our franchisees receive strong marketing support and measurable results that contribute to club success.

Key Accountabilities

  • Campaign Management:

    • Support in building and managing Google and Meta ad accounts for new and existing franchisees.
  • Optimisation & Testing:

    • Recommend and implement A/B tests, audience refinements, and creative optimisations to drive continual improvement in lead quality and cost efficiency.

  • SEO & Website Optimisation:

    • Support ongoing SEO strategies and website updates, ensuring content is optimised to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Ad Copywriting:

    • Write engaging and persuasive ad copy tailored for paid advertising channels across Google and Meta platforms.
  • AI Integration:

    • Leverage AI-powered insights to support campaign optimisation. Stay up to date with AI advancements that can enhance marketing efficiency and performance.
  • Franchisee Account Management:

    • Support account management for franchisees by building strong working relationships, understanding their marketing needs, and confidently present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyse weekly advertising performance, identifying trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities. Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports for franchisees, highlighting key results, insights, and next steps.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the broader marketing team to align digital activity with brand campaigns and member acquisition objectives

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a paid media or digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
  • Proficient in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and GA4 (Google Analytics 4).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Confident using Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a flair for crafting engaging ad copy.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, franchisees, and external partners.
  • Experience or strong interest in using AI tools for campaign optimisation and automation.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and eager to explore new tools, trends, and testing opportunities in the digital landscape.
  • Passionate about fitness, lifestyle, or consumer marketing (preferred but not essential).

About You

We’re a global organisation with a focused, collaborative EMEA team, and we’re looking for someone who can support our digital advertising activity with strong execution, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of how paid media drives growth across our clubs.

You have a good foundation in digital advertising and enjoy working with platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok to deliver effective, measurable campaigns. You’re analytical and curious - comfortable reviewing campaign data, identifying what’s working, and using insights to optimise targeting, creative, and spend. You stay informed on trends in performance marketing, including new ad formats, platform updates, and emerging AI tools that can improve efficiency. You’re organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple campaigns and tasks without losing sight of accuracy or deadlines. You’re proactive and hands-on, confident managing day-to-day campaign delivery and always looking for opportunities to improve results. You communicate clearly and professionally, whether sharing updates with colleagues, supporting franchisees, or reporting on campaign performance. You work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take pride in producing high-quality work that supports broader marketing and commercial goals.
