About the role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our digital team to work across our portfolio of premium FMCG brands on email marketing, SEO and support on website management, with scope to get involved in PPC. You'll build, QA and send email campaigns in Klaviyo, and produce SEO content from keyword research and briefing through to publishing, and provide website and ad-hoc digital support across the portfolio as needed. This is a hands-on, generalist role for someone who wants to run the day-to-day of marketing channels and gain experience working with new and established brands in a fast-paced environment.
About MC Co.
Morland Clarke Trading Co invests in and builds early-stage F&B brands that are actually changing their categories, from premium spirits to next-gen wellness supplements. We operate similarly to an agency across a growing portfolio under 2 entities: Delarki Brands (alcoholic spirits) and Tenacious Labs (emerging ingredients like CBD and hemp). Provacan and Axia Spirit are two of our flagship brands.
Our international team has run start-ups and FTSE100 companies alike, across various industries. With presence in London, Miami, New York, Athens, Japan, and the UAE, there's a global, fast-moving energy behind every brand you'll touch.
Key responsibilities
- Build, QA and send weekly email campaigns in Klaviyo, including writing campaign copy and sending test versions for review
- Audit, build and optimise sign-up forms and flows
- Test and optimise campaigns based on performance
- Brief the Digital Designer for supporting imagery where needed

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
