Based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, UK - you will be working within our Sales & Marketing Team.

Company: Interactive Schools

Experience: Minimum 1 year in digital marketing

Specialism: Email & CRM automation (ideally HubSpot)

Remuneration: Base Salary + Target Commission

About the Role

Interactive Schools is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Email Marketing and CRM workflows. You’ll plan and deliver email campaigns, nurture sequences and engagement strategies that help drive leads, grow awareness and grow our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, build, schedule and optimise HubSpot email campaigns
  • Create lead nurture and automation workflows
  • Love Data and be able to Segment and manage CRM contact data, and build target-driven content and templates
  • Write strong, compelling email and landing page copy
  • Report on performance and refine activity to continually improve results
  • Support wider content marketing activity (blogs, case studies, social)
  • Book meetings for the sales team, and hold initial screening meetings on leads/opportunities
  • Target-driven

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year experience in digital marketing
  • HubSpot CRM (preferred) & email experience (required)
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable analysing campaign results
  • Highly organised, creative and proactive
  • Confident in using Canva and AI Tools to improve work efficiency
  • Nice to Have: Basic HTML, Adobe, SEO, agency/education background
