Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing function and take ownership of a broad range of digital activity across the business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, managing the CRM, website, digital content, reporting and marketing automation, whilst also working with external agencies across SEO and digital activity.
The role would suit someone with a solid digital marketing background who is analytical, commercially minded and confident working across multiple digital platforms. Your background or sector is less important than having the right digital skill set and a willingness to get stuck in.
A key focus of the role will be CRM, website management and digital optimisation. You will work extensively with HubSpot, managing data, forms, automations and reporting, while supporting the wider business with insights and improvements across the digital customer journey.
You'll also take responsibility for keeping the website up to date, including uploading and managing products, creating and updating content and ensuring the site continues to deliver an effective user experience.
Alongside this, you'll be involved in the development of SEO and AI visibility, working with external digital agencies and keeping the business visible across both traditional search and the rapidly developing AI search landscape.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
