Digital Marketing Executive
Birmingham | Hybrid | £28,000 to £32,000 + Bonus
We are working with a growing Birmingham based business looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join its established Marketing and Business Development team.
This is a varied, hands-on digital marketing role with a strong focus on demand generation and lead generation. You will support the delivery of multi-channel campaigns designed to build awareness, engage target audiences and ultimately generate new business opportunities.
Working closely with the Product, Growth and Insights Lead, Growth Marketing Specialist and wider Marketing and Design teams, you will be involved across the full campaign lifecycle, from developing creative content through to execution, analysis and reporting.
The role will include:
- Delivering demand generation campaigns across multiple digital channels
- Coordinating activity across SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing and social media
- Producing engaging marketing content including email campaigns, social posts, blogs, articles, case studies, landing pages and event collateral
- Using CRM systems to segment audiences and deliver targeted communications
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance across digital channels
- Using data and analytics to identify what is working and where campaigns can be improved
- Producing regular campaign reports, insights and recommendations
- Working closely with Business Development, Design and other internal teams
- Supporting the project management of campaigns from initial concept through to delivery

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- Around 2 to 4 years of experience within digital marketing
- Experience of demand generation or lead generation
- Hands on experience delivering campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media and email
- Strong copywriting skills and experience creating digital marketing content
- Experience using CRM and CMS platforms alongside analytical and reporting tools
- Confidence using data to measure campaign performance and improve results
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- The ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
- A creative approach with the confidence to test new ideas and different ways of reaching audiences
