Burgers & Fries and Incredible Careers

We're the burger restaurant with the uncomplicated formula: burgers and fries cooked to perfection, with no frozen ingredients. We've stuck to the same "perfect and serve" philosophy since our family business began in 1986.

Today, we're still every bit the family business we started as. We're passionate about what we do, act with integrity, thrive on healthy competition, and always find a way to get the job done, whatever the challenge.

The Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help deliver an outstanding digital customer experience across Five Guys' UK and European markets, including France, Germany and Spain.

Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing campaigns, product launches and Rewards activity to life across our digital channels. From websites and kiosks to delivery platforms, CRM communications and digital menu boards, you'll help ensure every customer interaction is accurate, engaging and on-brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
