At Vivobarefoot we're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to join our e-commerce team, helping drive the paid media campaigns, creative coordination and affiliate activity that gets our mission in front of more people.
You'll work across Google and Meta, supporting the day-to-day execution and optimisation of campaigns, managing creative assets end to end and supporting our affiliate programme. You'll be someone who loves the detail, thinks commercially and turns performance data into action.
📍 Based in Wrington, Bristol
WHERE YOU'LL PLAY
- Support the execution and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen
- Deliver and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and beyond
- Coordinate the creation, approval and delivery of creative assets across paid channels
- Support day-to-day affiliate programme management including partner comms, promotional activity and performance tracking
- Produce regular performance reports and translate data into clear recommendations
- Work closely with creative, brand, e-commerce and agency partners to keep campaigns aligned and on schedule

ALL ABOUT YOU
- 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing, paid media or e-commerce
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
- Experience managing affiliate programmes and briefing creative assets
- Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Passionate about e-commerce and customer acquisition
