About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a digital marketing professional to take ownership of SEO, website content, paid campaigns and performance analytics within a highly regarded Scottish professional services organisation. You'll play a key role in driving online visibility and campaign effectiveness while working in a collaborative, award-winning environment.

Description
We're seeking an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to lead and support a broad range of digital marketing activities across SEO, website content, paid campaigns and performance analytics.
This role would suit someone who enjoys combining creativity with data, and who is motivated by improving digital performance through insight-led decision making.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Website Performance
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to increase organic visibility
- Optimise on-page content and support SEO best practice across the website
- Keep digital content fresh, relevant and aligned with business objectives
- Create, edit and publish content through CMS platforms including WordPress

Digital Campaigns
- Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimise paid digital activity across PPC and paid social channels
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and audience engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maximise campaign effectiveness
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign and website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
- Translate marketing data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Produce meaningful reports for internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement through evidence-based decision making
Collaboration
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business
- Support broader marketing and business development initiatives
- Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends and best practices
Profile
You'll bring:
- At least 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content optimisation and digital marketing best practice
- Hands-on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns
- Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with digital performance data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A highly organised approach with strong attention to detail

Experience within a B2B or professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
