Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will drive high-quality enquiries for Union Co-Living through performance-led digital marketing across paid search, paid social, CRM, website, SEO, and third-party listing platforms. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, agencies, and lettings team, you will use data and insights to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support lead generation and acquisition campaigns across digital channels.
  • Coordinate paid search and social activity with agency partners, ensuring campaigns align with occupancy targets, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Monitor and report on lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyse data from GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and Salesforce to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Improve website content, SEO, landing pages, and customer journeys to increase traffic and enquiries.
  • Manage and optimise third-party property listings, ensuring content, pricing, and availability are accurate and conversion focused.
  • Collaborate with the lettings team to understand lead quality, availability, and customer insights, using findings to inform marketing activity.
  • Support CRM campaign delivery, including audience segmentation, targeting, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and marketing administration.
  • Identify and test new opportunities to improve campaign performance and lead quality.

Candidate Profile

Performance-focused digital marketer with an interest in lead generation, paid media, CRM, and conversion optimisation.

  • Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable working to targets including lead volume, CPL, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Organised, proactive, and meticulous, with excellent reporting and written communication skills.

Essential Requirements

  • 1–2 years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, or acquisition-focused roles.
  • Experience supporting paid search and paid social campaigns and optimising activity against KPIs.
  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) to monitor website and campaign performance.
  • Experience managing relationships with agencies or external partners.
  • Understanding of the digital customer journey from first click through to conversion.

Desirable

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance marketing tools.
  • Experience managing property listings on platforms such as Rightmove or Spareroom.
  • Experience using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of email automation, landing page testing, or conversion rate optimisation.
