Digital Marketing Executive

£30,000 - £38,000 DOE

Full-time / Hybrid

Nexom Aesthetics is a rapidly growing aesthetics wholesaler approaching its first birthday. We're entering an exciting new stage of growth, with ambitious plans to scale Nexom further alongside a number of future business expansions already on our roadmap.

We're now looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to join the team and help drive our next stage of growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automations
  • Develop promotional ideas, discount campaigns, bundles and seasonal activity
  • Manage website banners, promotional content and ecommerce merchandising
  • Help shape the social media strategy alongside our Social Media Executive
  • Carry out on-page SEO and identify organic growth opportunities
  • Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions and marketing activity
  • Review campaign and website performance to identify opportunities for growth
  • Support new product launches and wider marketing campaigns

About you

We're looking for someone with around 2+ years' experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or a similar role.

You'll ideally have hands-on email marketing experience, a good understanding of ecommerce, strong copywriting and campaign planning skills, knowledge of SEO, and a proactive, commercially minded approach.
