Working Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in the office

The Digital Marketing Executive Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role within the Mobile Consultancy team, working alongside experienced consultants on a variety of app marketing and growth projects. You'll gain exposure to different areas of mobile marketing, from market research and app performance analysis to customer engagement, retention and user experience.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is curious, analytical and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in the digital and mobile landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with launch plans for new apps, including defining target markets and supporting pre-launch marketing activities
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and insights
  • Supporting clients in setting KPIs and monitoring app performance using analytics tools
  • Analysing app data to identify actionable insights and opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
  • Supporting retention strategies, including push notifications, personalised messaging and loyalty initiatives
  • Assisting with CRM strategies designed to improve customer engagement and long-term value
  • Supporting monetisation initiatives, including in-app purchases, subscriptions and partnerships
  • Conducting UX audits and helping identify opportunities to improve app usability and customer experience
  • Reviewing customer feedback and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement
  • Working with product and wider client teams to gather user insights and inform recommendations
  • Creating reports and presentations to communicate app performance, findings and recommendations
  • Supporting wider digital and mobile marketing projects as required

Requirements

  • Some experience in digital marketing, ideally including multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience or understanding of PPC and digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical and critical-thinking skills, with an ability to make sense of data and turn it into useful insights
  • Comfortable working with Excel and presentations
  • A creative and empathetic approach to understanding customers and users
  • An interest in mobile apps, digital marketing and technology
  • A strong desire to learn, develop and take on new challenges
  • A collaborative and self-starting attitude
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain composed when things get challenging
