Salary: DOE
Location: London and remote working
Contract: Permanent, full time
Office attendance: 3 days in office in Central London.

About the Role

Are you looking for a first marketing role where you can learn quickly, take on real responsibility and see the results of your work?
We are looking for a bright, curious and highly organised person to join our marketing team. You will learn how to create, deliver and evaluate digital campaigns for leading membership organisations, working across email, websites, social media, content and campaign analytics.

About the team

Our team works with clients to create, manage and deliver content and events that inspire, inform and motivate audiences, helping organisations achieve their acquisition, retention and engagement objectives.

We build long-term, meaningful relationships with our clients, becoming an extension of their teams. We make it our job to get to know both what success looks like to them and what their communities need from them so that we can do our best work.

Key responsibilities:

Analysis and reporting:

  • Support the Marketing Operations Manager to compile, write, and format periodic (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly) marketing performance reports for clients across various industries.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and professional presentation of all client data

Client marketing:

  • Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules
  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns across various platforms
  • Segment and manage email lists to ensure targeted and personalised messaging.
  • Thoroughly test all email campaigns for deliverability, rendering, links, and overall accuracy before deployment.
  • Ensure all email marketing activities adhere to data privacy and accessibility regulations (eg GDPR, EEA)
  • Conduct A/B testing and data collection, tracking results and optimising campaigns accordingly.
  • Upload content to client websites via various CMS systems, ensuring consistency, quality and accessibility across sites.
  • Collaborate with content teams on SEO to implement meta tags, alt text and internal links.
  • Create marketing graphics using Canva and other design platforms
  • Create and schedule social media posts
  • Work with internal stakeholders (including CEDs, Project Managers, Editors, and Designers) to implement email campaigns according to best practices and brand guidelines
  • Work with clients on copy and design approvals.
  • Assist with campaign execution and administrative tasks as needed

Key attributes:

  • Degree or equivalent work experience in digital marketing or marketing co-ordination
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • An enquiring and creative mind
