Job Overview
As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of Fortnum & Mason's digital marketing strategy. Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the setup, management and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns across platforms including Meta, Pinterest and TikTok.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on digital marketer looking to develop their performance marketing expertise within a premium retail brand. You will gain exposure across multiple acquisition channels including Paid Search, Affiliates and Paid Social, helping drive awareness, traffic and revenue while developing valuable cross-channel experience.
Responsibilities
- Paid Social Campaign Management: Set up, manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns across Meta, Pinterest and TikTok to deliver against traffic, revenue and ROAS targets.
- Campaign Execution: Build campaigns, audiences, ad sets and creative variations, ensuring all campaigns launch accurately and on time.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends, insights and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting & Insights: Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key learnings, recommendations and results.
- Creative Coordination: Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure campaign assets are delivered on time and align with channel best practices.
- Testing & Optimisation: Support the execution of structured testing plans, including audience, creative, bidding and placement testing.
- Channel Support: Assist the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with the management and optimisation of PPC and Affiliate activity.
- Campaign Planning: Support the implementation of seasonal campaigns, product launches and key trading initiatives across digital marketing channels.
- Competitor Monitoring: Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, platform developments and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Trading, Buying, Content and Marketing teams to support wider business objectives and campaign success.
- Data & Feed Management Support: Assist with product feed health and campaign troubleshooting across performance marketing channels where required.

Key Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience setting up and managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with additional Paid Social platforms such as Pinterest Ads and TikTok Ads would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make optimisation recommendations.
- Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with data and proficient in Excel, including reporting and analysis.
- A proactive and curious mindset with a willingness to test, learn and develop new skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- An interest in ecommerce, luxury retail and digital marketing trends.
- A genuine enthusiasm for performance marketing and a desire to build a career across digital acquisition channels.
- 1–3 years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or paid media.
