Your role as Digital Marketing Executive
The Digital Marketing Executive plays a key role in delivering high-performing digital campaigns by combining technical expertise, data-driven decision making and content collaboration. This role owns and optimises marketing platforms, supports campaign tracking and reporting, and manages the publishing of digital content including landing pages and blogs. It bridges the gap between data, technology and storytelling to ensure seamless execution across digital channels.
The role will leverage marketing automation and AI-enabled tools to improve campaign execution, content production, reporting efficiency and marketing operations effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical and collaborative, with experience in marketing automation, website management, digital content delivery and campaign optimisation.

Main Accountabilities
- Own and optimise HubSpot marketing automation, including email campaigns, workflows, audience segmentation, lead nurturing and campaign performance analysis
- Create, publish and optimise landing pages and blogs in collaboration with content colleagues (using Kentico Xperience and Sanity)
- Coordinate and brief website developments, including ticket creation, testing, QA and release validation
- Handle campaign administration and data quality across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Produce regular performance reporting and actionable insights using HubSpot, Salesforce and GA4, identifying opportunities for optimisation
- Support Marketing and Commercial teams with campaign planning, execution and performance measurement
- Audit and improve campaign tracking, attribution and data accuracy, working closely with Business Intelligence and Website Analytics specialists
- Support continuous improvement of the marketing technology stack, identifying opportunities for automation, AI adoption and process optimisation
- Use AI-powered tools to support campaign ideation, content briefing, email optimisation and marketing productivity while maintaining quality and brand standards
- Support testing and adoption of AI features within HubSpot, Salesforce and other marketing platforms

Core Knowledge & Skills
Essential
- Experience with marketing automation, email campaigns and workflows (preferably HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, reporting and analytics
- Confident working with CRM, data and digital campaign administration
- Experience using a CMS to create or manage digital content
- Ability to manage technical briefs, testing and QA processes
- Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable using AI-enabled tools to support productivity and quality
Desirable
- Experience in agency, B2B or technical environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or CMS platforms such as Xperience by Kentico or Sanity
- Experience in digital optimisation, lead tracking or conversion improvement
- Experience briefing developers and managing website optimisation backlogs
Other relevant Information
This role is primarily focused on in-house marketing operations and campaign delivery but may provide occasional support on client CRM and marketing automation projects where appropriate. The role works closely with specialists in Marketing, CRM, Business Intelligence, Website Analytics and Web Development to deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
