Role Overview
As Digital Marketing Executive at Golfbreaks, you will take an active role in producing, editing, and optimising content across the Golfbreaks Ltd group – Golfbreaks UK, Golfbreaks US, and Golf Holidays Direct.
You'll work closely with the wider Content and Marketing teams to deliver engaging, accurate, and SEO-friendly copy that supports our commercial goals and enhances the customer experience. This role will also support the delivery of marketing activity across the golf travel market through campaign coordination, partnership support, reporting, content deployment and marketing administration.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Search Optimisation and Performance
- Optimise on-page content using SEO and AI search best practices, including keyword research, meta data, and internal linking.
- Monitor monthly organic performance and track brand visibility across AI search engines using tools such as Semrush, Botify, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console
- Collaborate with the SEO and Content teams to analyse page performance and implement improvements.
Website
- Take ownership of updating and maintaining website content across the Golfbreaks Ltd websites.
- Write and refine engaging copy for destination pages, blogs, product descriptions, and promotional content.
- Upload, format, and publish text and imagery to ensure a consistent, user-friendly experience across pages.
- Conduct regular content reviews to check for accuracy, consistency, and relevance.

Product and Marketing Coordination
- Support broader marketing activity for social media, email, and print where required.
- Help maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring updates and campaigns are delivered on time.
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring website content aligns with brand tone and objectives.
- Ensure marketing teams have visibility of upcoming campaigns and commercial priorities.
Required Skills and Experience
Essential
- Proven ability to write and edit clear, engaging content with strong attention to detail.
- A developing understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborative and open to feedback, with a desire to grow your creative and technical skills.
- Passionate about golf, travel, and producing high-quality content that inspires customers.
Desirable
- Experience using a CMS platform
- Familiarity with SEO or analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, or SEMrush.
- Playing golf preferred but not essential
