Digital Marketing Executive

Warwick | Hybrid working | £30,000 - £35,000 + annual bonus

Are you a creative digital marketer who enjoys producing engaging content while working across the wider marketing mix?

We’re supporting an established, purpose-led software company that creates symbol-based communication tools and resources. Its products are used across education, healthcare and public services to help people with communication and learning difficulties.

Following continued growth, the company is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join its friendly and collaborative marketing team.

The role

This is a varied, hands-on position covering:

  • Creating and editing short-form video for TikTok and other social platforms
  • Managing social media channels and content calendars
  • Planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns
  • Creating email campaigns and supporting audience segmentation
  • Updating website content and campaign landing pages
  • Producing written, visual and video content
  • Supporting lead-generation activity
  • Using analytics to monitor and improve campaign performance
  • Working closely with marketing, sales and product teams

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a broad digital marketing or content-focused role
  • Strong video creation and editing skills
  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Reels or similar platforms
  • Social media, email marketing and digital campaign experience
  • Experience using CMS platforms and updating website content
  • Knowledge of analytics, SEO and campaign performance
  • Canva or wider design-tool experience
  • Some HTML and CSS knowledge; JavaScript exposure would be beneficial
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
