Vista Design is an established digital agency based in Telford, providing web design, development, and digital marketing services to businesses across a wide range of industries.
We help clients improve their online presence, generate enquiries and sales, and achieve measurable results through SEO, paid advertising, content, email marketing, and wider digital strategy.
We are looking for a Digital Marketer to join our team and work across a varied portfolio of client accounts.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on agency role covering SEO, Google Ads, content, email marketing, analytics, and social media.
You will manage ongoing marketing activity across multiple clients, identify opportunities for improvement, and use performance data to ensure campaigns deliver tangible results.
The role would suit someone who enjoys the variety of agency work, can quickly understand different businesses, and is comfortable managing multiple clients, campaigns, and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
SEO
- Carry out keyword and competitor research.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies.
- Optimise website content, metadata, headings, and internal linking.
- Identify technical SEO issues and work with our development team to resolve them.
- Create and optimise service, product, and location pages.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
- Use Google Search Console and SEO tools to identify opportunities.
- Support local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation.
Google Ads & PPC
- Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
- Carry out keyword research and campaign planning.
- Manage targeting, match types, negative keywords, and budgets.
- Write and test ad copy and assets.
- Review search terms and campaign performance.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, conversions, and cost per acquisition.
- Configure and review conversion tracking.
- Focus on maximising commercial return from advertising budgets.

Content & Email Marketing
- Create engaging, SEO-focused website content, articles, and landing pages.
- Write page titles, meta descriptions, and promotional copy.
- Research content opportunities across different industries.
- Create newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated emails.
- Work with platforms such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
- Monitor engagement, clicks, and conversions to improve campaign performance.
Social Media
- Create engaging social content and promotional copy.
- Plan content around products, services, and campaigns.
- Maintain consistent client branding and messaging.
- Support paid social campaigns where required.
- Monitor content and campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and other platforms to monitor results.
- Set up and review website conversion tracking.
- Analyse visitor behaviour and campaign performance.
- Produce clear client reports and practical recommendations.
- Focus on leads, sales, and conversions rather than traffic alone.
Client Account Management
- Communicate directly with clients about their marketing activity.
- Understand their business, customers, and commercial objectives.
- Explain performance clearly and without unnecessary technical jargon.
- Identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Manage agreed campaigns and tasks within deadlines.
- Take ownership of multiple client accounts and work proactively.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with experience across several areas of digital marketing, including:
- SEO and keyword research.
- Google Ads/PPC.
- Google Analytics 4 and Search Console.
- Content creation and copywriting.
- Email and social media marketing.
- Conversion tracking and performance analysis.
- WordPress or other website CMS platforms.

Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms would be advantageous.

Desirable Experience
Previous agency experience is essential, particularly experience managing multiple client accounts. Knowledge of eCommerce, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, OpenCart, local SEO, UX/CRO, HTML, or AI-assisted marketing workflows would also be advantageous.
Working at Vista Design
You will work across a broad range of businesses and industries alongside our web design and development team. This allows marketing strategy and website development to work together, giving you the opportunity to make meaningful improvements rather than simply recommending them.
The role offers plenty of variety, responsibility, and scope to develop your skills across multiple areas of digital marketing.
As your experience grows, there will be opportunities to take greater responsibility for client strategy, campaign management, and larger accounts.

Salary
£27k - £30k DOE
