About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scientific Research Associate to join our dynamic team. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmacology. Prior laboratory experience is highly desirable, along with proficiency in standard laboratory techniques and data analysis tools. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow complex protocols accurately. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration and reporting. A proactive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning are also important qualities for success in this role.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and executing laboratory experiments in accordance with project objectives.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records of all experimental procedures and results, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Analyzing experimental data using appropriate statistical and software tools, interpreting results, and contributing to scientific publications or reports.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including scientists, project managers, and external partners, to support project milestones.
  • Staying updated on the latest scientific advancements relevant to your projects and contributing ideas for process improvements.
