Are you a creative Digital Marketing Executive with a real passion for content, social media and digital marketing?

We’re working with an established and growing business within the construction and building services industry, who are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team in Horley. This is initially a 10-month FTC covering maternity leave.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys having ownership of digital content, getting creative with ideas and working closely with both technical and commercial teams to bring marketing campaigns to life.

The Role

  • Managing and delivering social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Creating engaging website content including blogs, case studies, product updates and technical resources.
  • Working closely with sales and technical teams to turn technical information into clear, engaging content.
  • Developing and maintaining a content calendar around campaigns, product launches and key dates.
  • Monitoring social media performance and using analytics to identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
  • Working with external creative agencies on video production, graphic design and wider campaign assets.
  • Supporting brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation through creative digital content.
  • Ensuring all content remains consistent with the company’s brand, tone of voice and values.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
