Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
- Prior experience in recruitment, especially within the IT or digital sectors
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for various technical roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing a high level of service and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients effectively and identify new talent pools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative sourcing strategies and improve recruitment workflows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within the company's CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies throughout all recruitment activities.
