The Role
As Digital Marketing Executive, you will own the day-to-day coordination and delivery across our key digital touchpoints. Your focus will be on driving social engagement, maintaining an up-to-date website, deploying targeted paid media and email campaigns, and supporting the team with regular activity reports. High performers who demonstrate initiative and campaign ownership will find a path to progress into a Senior Executive or Manager role as our function grows.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing / marketing executive role
- Paid Media Management: Set up, launch, and manage hands-on execution for paid search, display, and paid social campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor daily spend and adjust bidding to ensure campaign budgets pace correctly against targets. Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, and landing URLs to improve click-through and conversion performance.
- Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging, relevant content for LinkedIn in line with our marketing calendar.
- Website Publishing: Regularly update website content, landing pages, blog posts, and case studies using CMS best practices. Perform routine quality checks to ensure all links, forms, and formatting work seamlessly across devices.
- Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: Build, test, and schedule email campaigns and nurture sequences using automation tools (Mailchimp / HubSpot) to ensure leads receive timely follow-up materials.
- Video Content Delivery & Management: Support end-to-end video creation by coordinating capture and executing post-production (editing, formatting, and optimization) for digital campaign content.
- Content Coordination: Collaborate alongside the content team and creative lead to format graphics, videos, and promotional assets for digital channels.
- Analytics & Reporting: Compile regular digital marketing reports by gathering data across web analytics (GA4), paid media, email performance, and social channels to track content effectiveness.
- Inbound Inquiry Management: Monitor incoming user inquiries across all digital touchpoints—including website forms, social media channels, email, and event/webinar platforms etc—ensuring prompt routing, escalation, or direct response to sales and service teams.
