Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Bournemouth, Dorset (Hybrid – minimum 3 days in the office)

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

The Role

As Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for planning, delivering and managing a range of digital marketing activities across multiple channels. You'll have the opportunity to develop marketing strategies, enhance brand presence, and create campaigns that generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
  • Create, update and manage website content.
  • Produce engaging marketing content for digital platforms and social media.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create targeted marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate marketing activities to support business development initiatives.
  • Organise and manage both virtual and in-person events, including post-event follow-up.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are delivered to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Executive or similar marketing role.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Experience managing website content.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Experience within a technology, manufacturing or electronics environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
