Digital Marketing Executive

Consumer Leisure Business

Manchester. Hybrid 3/2

Salary £30,000

Key Responsibilities

Key channels: Email marketing (automation & personalization), Website Management, Social Media (Meta, Instagram & Facebook), and Paid Media activity. Pushing the brand and content creation across all.

Email & CRM

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to plan email content (newsletters, product launches, offers)
  • Work with digital agency to build, schedule, and test marketing emails
  • Track performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and share insights

Website & SEO

  • Update on-site content (blogs, landing pages, product copy) to support campaigns
  • Work with agency to manage SEO initiatives through keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content development.
  • Liaise with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure content is accurate and aligned with website strategy.

Social Media

  • Manage the creation of organic social content across social media platforms
  • Plan and schedule in line with brand tone and campaign calendar
  • Support influencer and partnership activations as directed by the Communications Manager

Analytics & Insights

  • Analyse weekly consumer insights to drive site performance, provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Produce monthly social and email performance reports.
  • Support Marketing teams with campaign results and content insights

What I’m looking for in your CV:

  • Experience in digital marketing, ideally within a consumer/ leisure business
  • Strong content creation skills, across multiple platforms. Ideally CMS experience
  • Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms is ideal
  • Ability to analyse data and report on campaign performance
  • Skilled in graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools (Canva)
