Job title: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: ACS Group Offices, Baildon
Working pattern: On-site Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Are you a digital marketer who loves creating great content, getting stuck into campaigns and using data to make things better?
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the marketing team at ACS Group and play a key role in delivering digital marketing activity across our growing divisions.

About the role
This is a varied, hands-on digital marketing role where no two days are quite the same.
You’ll work across our different divisions to build awareness, generate leads, engage customers and support commercial growth through effective digital marketing.
You’ll be involved in:
- Website & Content: managing website content and creating blogs, case studies, guides, landing pages and campaign content.
- SEO & Paid Media: carrying out keyword research, on-page optimisation and competitor analysis, as well as managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Email Marketing: planning and delivering targeted email campaigns, from writing engaging copy through to testing, deployment and performance analysis.
- Social Media: planning and managing our social activity, creating engaging content and developing short-form video for different audiences and platforms.
- Campaign Management: helping turn business objectives into integrated campaigns across web, email, social, paid media and other channels.
- Analytics & Insight: monitoring performance, reporting on results and using data to identify what’s working and where we can improve.

You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team, sales teams and subject matter experts to turn ideas and technical information into marketing that is clear, relevant and commercially focused.
What we're looking for
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in digital, content or campaign marketing, ideally within a B2B environment.

You’ll need to be:
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative, proactive and curious
- Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action
- Confident writing content for different audiences and channels
- Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms and CMS/SEO tools
- Someone who enjoys testing new ideas and continually looking for ways to improve
Experience creating or briefing short-form video content would be a bonus.
