Location: LS15, Leeds
Salary: £28,000–£34,000, depending on experience
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Working Style:
Fully onsite initially, with hybrid working available once fully established in the role
The Opportunity
We are exclusively recruiting for an exciting and growing business based in LS15 who are looking to appoint an experienced Digital Marketing & Content Executive.
This is a varied, hands-on marketing position with a strong focus on content creation, video, social media, and lead generation. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider teams to create engaging digital content that strengthens the brand, showcases customer stories, and supports commercial growth.
This role would suit someone who is naturally creative but also commercially minded – someone who understands that great content should not only look good but drive engagement, enquiries, and results.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a broad range of digital marketing and content activity, including:
- Planning, filming, and editing high-quality video content, including interviews, customer stories, tours, and short-form social content
- Creating engaging written and visual content for LinkedIn, YouTube, email, the website, and wider digital campaigns
- Managing organic and paid LinkedIn activity following an initial handover
- Planning and maintaining the content calendar
- Developing email campaigns, automated journeys, and lead-nurture activity
- Supporting targeted marketing and lead-generation campaigns
- Producing brochures, case studies, proposals, and other sales and marketing collateral
- Working directly with customers to create testimonials, case studies, and engaging customer-led content
- Supporting the promotion and follow-up of company events
- Coordinating marketing activity with internal teams and external agencies
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing clear reporting and recommendations
- Identifying new content opportunities and bringing fresh ideas to the wider marketing strategy

About You
Previous experience within digital marketing and content creation is essential for this position. We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have hands-on experience creating content from concept through to delivery and are confident filming, editing, and producing video for digital channels.
You will also need:
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, social media management, and content planning
- Previous experience creating, filming, and editing video content
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
- Experience delivering email and digital marketing campaigns
- Experience creating visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
- A good understanding of how digital marketing supports lead generation and wider business objectives
- Confidence using performance data to improve marketing activity
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of your work
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage directly with customers
The customer-facing element is particularly important. You’ll need to be comfortable approaching customers, conducting interviews, and encouraging people to get involved in video content, testimonials, and customer stories.

Experience with paid LinkedIn campaigns, HubSpot or another CRM, marketing automation, photography, SEO, or B2B marketing would be advantageous.
Working Environment
The role will initially be fully onsite in LS15, allowing you to gain a thorough understanding of the business, its customers, teams, and wider operation.
Once you are fully trained and established in the position, there will be the opportunity to move to a hybrid working arrangement.
