We’re working with a fast-growing digital marketing agency that is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join its expanding team. The company specialises in helping clients grow through SEO, paid search, websites, technology and digital marketing. With around 50 clients and only two years into its journey, this is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth.
You’ll work closely with an experienced SEO Manager and play a practical role in delivering digital marketing activity across multiple client accounts. It’s a great opportunity for someone starting their career who wants to learn through real work, build valuable technical skills and gradually take on more responsibility.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll build, update and optimise pages across a range of client websites.
- You’ll work across platforms including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and some custom-built sites.
- You’ll write and publish SEO content from clear briefs, using AI tools to support research and content creation.
- You’ll make practical on-page SEO improvements, including meta titles and descriptions, headings, internal links, schema and page structure.
- You’ll also help resolve website issues such as broken links, redirects, mobile layout problems and website form issues.
- Alongside this, you’ll support local SEO activity, including setting up and maintaining Google Business Profiles.
- You’ll manage your workload through ClickUp, keep tasks organised and complete work within agreed timescales.
- As your knowledge develops, you’ll take greater ownership of your work and contribute more across client accounts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
