Job Description
Job position: Digital Marketing Executive
Office location: Chelsea, London - Hybrid (4 days a week in the office, 1 day from home)

Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in the delivery and execution of multi-channel campaigns and always-on activities across the EF Corporate Learning marketing ecosystem.
- Manage the execution of global email marketing campaigns, including copy writing, audience segmentation and data application, and sharing best practice across local marketing managers.
- Monitor and analyse email programs such as open rates, click to open rates and track improvements.
- Assist the team to keep the website content up to date, including the coordination of AI translation and local proofreading.
- Set up and optimise online lead generation and brand awareness campaigns on various digital marketing channels, such as LinkedIn Ads.
- Support our team in improving the results of our global paid search campaigns.
- Manage and execute on the organic social calendar, working closely with the content team on content pipeline to feed social.
- Use data and work closely with the rest of the marketing team to continuously monitor and optimize the performance of your campaigns.
- Create innovative marketing messages, based on the behaviours of our target customers, the buyer’s journey, and sales insights.
- Assist with the planning and execution of webinars and other online events.
- Collaborate with Creative team on design, copy and messaging; become a brand champion across all communications.
- Write marketing copy yourself, such as for organic social, paid social, and emails.

The Skills & Experience We Look For
- The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally B2B.
- You have direct experience creating, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns. Experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.
- Proven track-record of successfully setting up and managing performance marketing campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, or other major platforms.
- Experience with web content management systems (CMS), in particular experience with Storyblok would be advantageous.
- Experience in using AI to automate processes and improve effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and interpret trends and patterns to inform and optimize marketing plans.
- Can work to tight deadlines while still maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others and dealing with internal and external senior stakeholders. Comfortable working in a team involved in complex projects across different functions.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent command of English, additional languages are advantageous too.
