About The Role
The Digital Marketing Executive role at Searchability (UK) Ltd offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to contribute to the growth of leading pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. As part of a dynamic team, you will support the planning, execution, and analysis of integrated digital marketing campaigns. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Operations Manager and senior leadership, you will be involved in a variety of activities including SEO, PPC, social media management, email marketing, content creation, and campaign reporting. The role provides a unique chance to work across international accounts, with potential opportunities for travel and exposure to global markets. The position is full-time, permanent, and offers a hybrid working model, combining three days onsite with remote work, fostering flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency, B2B environment, or pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign performance metrics and utilize insights for optimization.
- A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical terminology or working within regulated marketing environments will be considered a plus.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of integrated digital campaigns tailored to pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.
- Assisting in developing and optimising website content to enhance SEO and lead generation efforts.
- Creating compelling social media content that reflects industry insights and thought leadership.
- Supporting paid media initiatives, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, ensuring targeted audience reach and campaign effectiveness.
- Managing targeted email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using analytics tools to produce clear, actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Conducting market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with designers, developers, and content specialists.
- Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously across varied client portfolios.
