Digital Marketing Executive
Full-time | 10-month fixed-term contract | Start: End of Sept/beginning of Oct 2026 | Salary: £28,000 per annum (pro rata)
White Dove Motor Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team on a maternity cover basis, playing a key role in driving customer acquisition across our automotive brands: Škoda, CUPRA, SEAT, Suzuki and Geely.
This is a hands-on, varied role working closely with the Marketing Manager, with the main objective of supporting marketing activities that generate high-quality leads, increase brand awareness and ultimately drive sales.
The Role
You’ll support the Marketing Manager in delivering the day-to-day digital marketing strategy across the Group. You’ll be involved in everything from social media and content creation to email campaigns, lead tracking, paid advertising, website updates and events.
We’re looking for someone creative, commercially minded and digitally confident, with a genuine interest in creating marketing that gets results.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across Škoda, CUPRA, SEAT, Suzuki and Geely.
- Help create campaigns designed to generate sales leads, enquiries, test drives and showroom visits.
- Support paid social and digital advertising activity, working alongside the Marketing Manager and external agencies where required.
Social Media & Content
- Manage the day-to-day social media activity across our dealership.
- Plan and maintain social media content calendars.
- Create engaging social-first content.
- Attend dealerships, events and activations to capture content.
- Adapt content and messaging across different automotive brands while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Monitor social channels and support community engagement.

Email Marketing & CRM
- Assist with customer communications around offers, new models, events and lead-generation activity.
- Assist with CRM and customer journey activity.
Lead Tracking & Reporting
- Track and maintain accurate records of marketing-generated leads.
- Work with Sales teams to monitor lead follow-up and outcomes.
- Identify which channels and campaigns are delivering the strongest results.
- Use data and insights to help optimise marketing activity and maximise ROI.
Website & Digital
- Support the management and optimisation of dealership website.
- Keep offers, vehicle information, events and marketing messages accurate and up to date.
Events & Local Marketing
- Support the planning and delivery of dealership events, vehicle launches and local marketing activity.
- Attend events to support the team and capture content.
- Support local partnerships and community activity across Cardiff and South Wales.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Creative and digitally confident, with a good eye for content and design.
- Commercially minded, understanding that good marketing ultimately needs to deliver results.
- Comfortable creating content for social media.
- Organised and able to manage multiple brands, campaigns and deadlines.
- Confident using digital marketing platforms and social media channels.
- Comfortable working with data and using performance insights to inform decisions.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to get stuck in.
- A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across departments.
- Able to work independently while also taking direction from the Marketing Manager.
- Interested in trying new ideas and finding creative ways to reach customers.

Previous experience in automotive marketing is not essential.

Working Arrangements
- Anticipated start: End of September 2026
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
- Annual leave: 22 days plus bank holidays
- Location: On-site - Hadfield Road, Cardiff
