Digital Marketing Executive

Northampton | £30,000–£35,000 DOE

Are you a hands-on digital marketer looking to take ownership of campaigns within a growing software business?

We’re working with an established Northampton-based software company looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join its team and support the continued growth of the business.

This is a varied role where you'll get involved across the full digital marketing mix, including PPC, SEO, email, content, social media and website management.

The role

You'll be responsible for supporting and delivering digital campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.

Day to day, you'll get involved with:

  • Managing and optimising Google Ads/PPC campaigns
  • Supporting SEO, keyword research and organic performance
  • Monitoring performance through GA4 and other analytics tools
  • Creating and delivering email marketing campaigns
  • Managing and updating website content
  • Creating content and copy for digital channels
  • Supporting organic and paid social media
  • Tracking campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Working closely with the wider business to support lead generation and growth

About you

We're looking for someone with around 2+ years' digital marketing experience who is comfortable working across multiple channels.

You'll ideally have experience across several of the following:

  • SEO
  • GA4
  • Email Marketing
  • WordPress
  • Content
  • Social Media

Experience within B2B, SaaS, software or technology would be advantageous, but isn't essential. Candidates coming from a marketing agency with relevant B2B experience would also be considered.

This could be a great opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive looking to move into an in-house software environment, take on more ownership and continue developing across the full digital mix.

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 DOE
