Campaign Marketing Executive
Location: Altrincham (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000
Contract: 12 Month FTC
Are you a paid-media savvy marketer looking to make your mark on a B2B Lead Generation function? We're recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation for a Campaign Marketing Executive to join their Sales & Marketing team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on, campaign-focused role for someone who understands what it takes to turn digital activity into real pipeline: MQLs, SQLs, and new business.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning campaign delivery: planning, developing and implementing the organisation's overall campaign strategy, working closely with an external PPC agency and the Sales Development Manager
- Driving lead generation: supporting B2B and ABM campaigns designed to generate new customers and repeat business
- Managing the full campaign lifecycle: audience identification, core messaging, budget management and performance tracking across web, search, paid advertising, social and email
- Producing content: creating campaign content and design, including personalised landing page copy aligned to the wider marketing strategy
- Reporting on performance: tracking data and metrics, and turning them into actionable insight and recommendations for optimisation and attribution
- Staying ahead of the market: conducting research and gathering insight to inform campaign direction
- Collaborating cross-functionally: working with teams across the business to develop and implement strategies that align with wider commercial objectives

What we're looking for:

- Paid media experience: a solid understanding of paid channels (PPC, Display, paid social), along with SEO and Google Analytics
- B2B lead generation background: experience working on paid digital campaigns for lead generation and/or ABM
- Commercial awareness: a B2B background with strong business acumen
- Strong written skills: excellent written and spoken English with a creative flair and an eye for detail
- A self-starter: driven, flexible, and comfortable working under pressure
- Bonus points for: a marketing degree or relevant qualification (e.g. CIM), and experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS business or marketing agency
