We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who thrives on data, creativity, and continuous optimisation. If you love scaling acquisition, experimenting with new ideas, and turning insights into commercial impact, this role gives you the space to make it happen.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the day-to-day lead across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliates, creating, optimising, and evaluating campaigns
  • Manage channel budgets and forecasts, ensuring every pound works hard against performance targets
  • Analyse campaign data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities
  • Work closely with external agencies, pushing for excellence and continuous improvement
  • Shape audience strategy and support campaign planning using data to maximise impact and results
  • Brief and collaborate on creative that’s both effective and on-brand
  • Champion a culture of testing — A/B tests, incrementality, creative experimentation, and more
  • Explore new channels, tools, and AI-driven approaches to stay ahead of the curve
  • Keep campaigns compliant and aligned with digital best practice and regulations

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ digital marketing experience with strong paid media expertise
  • Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong budget management and forecasting skills
  • Confident analysing performance data (GA4 + platform insights)
  • Experience in collaborating with agencies
  • A data-driven mindset with creative instincts
  • Curiosity for testing, innovation, and new ways of working
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
