Digital Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover) Fixed Term
Bromley Court Hotel, Bromley
Are you a creative and results-driven digital marketer looking for an exciting opportunity within a busy 4-star hotel?
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of our digital marketing activity during a maternity cover period. You'll play a key role in driving awareness, engagement and revenue across accommodation, dining, weddings, events and conferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the hotel website and online listings
- Create and deliver email marketing campaigns through HubSpot
- Manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Monitor and optimise Google and Meta advertising campaigns
- Support SEO and website performance improvements
- Design digital and print marketing materials
- Manage CRM activity, guest data and marketing automation
- Produce marketing reports and analyse campaign performance
- Work with internal teams and external partners to maximise bookings and event sales

About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (HubSpot desirable)
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Adobe Illustrator/design experience
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
- Organised, creative and able to manage multiple projects
- Hospitality experience would be advantageous
