Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Warwickshire - Hybrid
Salary: Up to £35,000
Maxwell Bond have exclusively partnered with a growing SaaS Ed Tech business, who are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join their expanding marketing team.
As the business continues to scale, they’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help increase brand reach, strengthen customer engagement and support the delivery of high-quality digital campaigns across UK and international markets.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with a collaborative team of marketing and content specialists, taking ownership of digital content creation, campaign execution and performance optimisation.
What You'll Do as Digital Marketing Executive:
- Create engaging video, graphic and written content across social media, email, website and campaign channels, helping to increase brand awareness and reach.
- Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, managing content across CMS, email and social platforms while ensuring activity aligns with commercial priorities.
- Use analytics and performance insights to optimise campaigns, improve the customer journey and identify new opportunities to increase engagement and lead generation.

What We're Looking for:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on skills in content creation, video editing and design using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or Camtasia.
- Strong technical understanding, including experience with CMS platforms, HTML/CSS and digital analytics tools, with the ability to manage and optimise digital channels.
- A creative, proactive and collaborative approach, with good communication skills and a genuine interest in using digital marketing to make a positive impact.
