We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of our organic and paid search performance. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies across Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Google Ads and website performance — growing organic traffic while running paid campaigns that deliver a measurable return. Your expertise will help elevate our brand presence across digital platforms and ensure our website performs at its best to meet business objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative marketing initiatives and contribute to the success of a forward-thinking organisation.
Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimisation
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Optimize website content, structure, and technical elements using tools like HubSpot to enhance user experience and search visibility.
- Carry out keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building, and technical SEO fixes.
Google Ads & Paid Search
- Plan, build, and launch Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and re-marketing.
- Manage campaign budgets day-to-day, controlling cost per click and cost per lead while maximising ROI.
- Conduct keyword and audience research, write and test ad copy, and build out negative keyword lists to eliminate wasted spend.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking across Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot so every lead is attributed correctly.
- Run structured A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies, and report on results.
- Optimise landing pages for quality score, relevance, and conversion rate in partnership with the wider marketing team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
