We're looking for a passionate and data driven Digital Marketing Executive to join Eurobase and play a key role in growing our Banking and Insurance business units.
This isn't a role where you'll just be managing campaigns from the sidelines. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of digital marketing activity, influence how we engage with our audiences, optimise performance and make a measurable impact on lead generation and business growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Plan, deliver and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, PPC, SEO and LinkedIn advertising.
- Manage and develop activity through HubSpot, including email campaigns, workflows, landing pages and reporting.
- Support website updates, content improvements and conversion optimisation.
- Analyse campaign performance, website data and marketing KPIs to make recommendations.
- Support lead generation campaigns, events, webinars and wider marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing activity drives commercial results.

What we're looking for:
- Experience within digital marketing, performance marketing or a similar role.
- Hands on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads and digital campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- A creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Someone who is adaptable, commercially minded and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
