About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our client's dynamic marketing team based in Chesterfield. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a market-leading business that values innovation and creativity. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. You will play a pivotal role in managing paid advertising campaigns, creating compelling digital content, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. Qualifications
- Solid background in digital marketing with proven experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or related fields are preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics software, and content management systems will be highly advantageous.
- Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adaptability to evolving digital trends.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to maximize return on investment, improve conversions, and enhance overall campaign performance.
- Executing paid social media strategies to expand reach, increase engagement, and generate quality leads.
- Creating engaging and targeted digital content for various channels, including advertising campaigns, websites, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Overseeing daily social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and engaging with the audience to foster community growth.
- Monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools, producing detailed reports, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Supporting the organization’s marketing events, promotions, and campaigns to strengthen brand presence and market penetration.
- Managing and updating website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Supporting and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all digital channels to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
