Wourth Group is the new home of over 50’s fashion & lifestyle and is a fast growing international online retailer selling natural clothing, footwear and homeware directly to consumers around the world. Our brands include Hotter Shoes, WoolOvers, Pure Collection, Roama, Scotts of Stow and Thought.
Hotter Shoes Limited is a well-established retailer specialising in stylish, comfortable footwear. With stores across England and a strong eCommerce presence, our mission is to provide shoes that combine fashion with function, ensuring the perfect fit for every customer.
We are looking for a dynamic graduate to become our Digital Marketing Executive, responsible for the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns in Hotter Shoes, working alongside the brand team to ensure a seamless process from briefing to deployment. Alongside the email channel, this role will touch on all channels in our performance marketing team, including Brochures, PPC and Paid Social. This role involves a blend of technical skills, creativity, and marketing knowledge to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Email campaign management:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns across the UK and USA markets
- Monitor automated email workflows, such as Welcome emails and abandonment campaigns
- Audience Segmentation and Targeting:
- Manage our segmented email lists based on user demographics, interests, and behaviours to personalise communications.
- Maintain and clean the email database to ensure data quality and deliverability.
- Reduce unsubscribes/increase subscribers.
- Media Code creation and management:
- Create any discount codes that are needed to support the customer journey in marketing
- Manage the codes, updating them seasonally and ensuring all marketing channels have got updated codes on
- Brief Management:
- Manage the digital briefs across all digital channels
- This will require seamless relationships between all relevant teams including the brand team, creative team and performance marketing
- Continually develop the briefing process to ensure that all workflows are updated where needed

Your Skills:

- PC literate especially in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
