About London Global Centre
London Global Centre is a UK-based international training provider delivering professional programmes in AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, digital marketing, leadership, and other future-focused areas.
We are building a modern training brand serving professionals, companies, and learners across the UK, GCC, Asia, and wider international markets. We are early-stage, ambitious, and focused on growing a credible online presence that turns attention into course enquiries, corporate relationships, and long-term clients.
The opportunity
We are looking for proactive Digital Marketing & Growth Interns to join our remote team and help build LGC’s presence from the ground up.
This is not a role where one person is expected to do every part of digital marketing. We are building a collaborative team and will shape responsibilities around your strongest skills and interests.
You may be strongest in content creation, social media growth, SEO, copywriting, paid-ad creative, design, video editing, analytics, outreach, or campaign planning. If you have a skill that can help us build awareness, engagement, leads, and client relationships, we would like to hear from you.
At the moment, LGC is at an early stage with a small social media audience, so this is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys building from zero and wants their ideas to make a visible difference.
What you may work on
Depending on your strengths, you may support us with:
- Creating short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Developing engaging Reels, carousels, graphics, captions, scripts, hooks, and content ideas
- Appearing on camera for educational, behind-the-scenes, course, and brand videos
- Growing Instagram engagement, including followers, saves, shares, comments, and profile visits
- Building a consistent content calendar and helping define LGC’s online brand voice
- Creating simple branded visuals, posters, carousels, and promotional assets using Canva or similar tools
- Researching relevant topics, audiences, competitors, trends, keywords, and content opportunities
- Supporting SEO through keyword research, website-page improvements, blog ideas, and on-page content
- Helping prepare content and creative assets for future Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Reviewing content performance and suggesting ways to improve reach, engagement, enquiries, and conversions
- Supporting outreach and marketing activity that helps LGC reach both individual learners and corporate clients
- Working with the wider team on campaign ideas, launches, partnerships, and new training programmes

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

On-camera content creators
We are particularly interested in applicants who are comfortable appearing in short-form video content.
If your strength is being on camera, you may help present LGC’s content through clear, confident videos for an international professional audience. You should have fluent spoken English and be able to communicate clearly and naturally on camera. You do not need to do every area of marketing if your main contribution is high-quality video content and audience engagement.
What we are looking for
- Interest or experience in one or more areas of digital marketing, including social media, content creation, SEO, copywriting, video, graphic design, paid ads, analytics, or outreach
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of ideas
- Good written English and clear communication
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working remotely
- Interest in professional education, business, technology, careers, AI, cybersecurity, cloud, or digital skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, SEO tools, or similar platforms is helpful but not essential
- For on-camera content roles: fluent spoken English, confidence on video, and the ability to explain topics in a professional and engaging way
- A portfolio, relevant social account, sample video, design work, writing sample, or previous campaign examples are welcome but not required

Compensation and growth
This begins as an unpaid, learning-focused internship, so please apply only if you are comfortable with that starting structure.
However, this is designed to be a growth opportunity rather than a static unpaid role. As you consistently contribute, help grow our audience, improve engagement, create strong content, support lead generation, or contribute to bringing in individual or corporate clients, there is potential to progress quickly into a paid and commission-based structure.
High performers can receive increasing commission opportunities linked to results and may progress into a paid junior role as LGC grows. The more value, consistency, and measurable impact you bring, the greater the scope to grow your responsibilities and earning potential with the company.
What you will gain
- Real hands-on experience helping build an international training brand
- A flexible role shaped around your strongest marketing skills
- Experience across content, social media, SEO, campaign planning, branding, and growth
- The chance to build real portfolio work rather than completing hypothetical assignments
- Direct collaboration with LGC’s founders and team
- Regular feedback, guidance, and room to test ideas
- A Certificate of Completion and reference for successful interns
- A credible pathway toward a paid and commission-based role for consistent contributors
