DIGITAL MARKETING & GROWTH MANAGER

STORIES Parfums, Newtownards, Co. Down
Full-time, permanent, on-site
Closing date: Wednesday 30 September 2026, 5 pm

Seven years into building STORIES Parfums, we're entering an exciting new stage of growth and are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to join our small in-house team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the full digital marketing funnel, from awareness and acquisition through ecommerce, CRM, conversion, retention and loyalty.

You'll work directly with our Founder & CEO, alongside our Business Development Manager and specialist digital partners.

We're looking for someone commercially minded, analytical and proactive, someone who enjoys understanding what the numbers are telling us and turning insight into action. Just as importantly, we want someone excited by the opportunity to grow their career within a scaling independent brand and take on increasing responsibility as STORIES develops.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Help drive the digital growth plan across ecommerce, CRM, acquisition, retention and organic growth.
  • Monitor performance across Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo and wider digital reporting.
  • Develop clear KPIs and turn weekly and monthly performance data into actions.
  • Take hands-on ownership of Klaviyo campaigns, segmentation and automated customer journeys.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, repeat purchase, retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Support Shopify trading, launches, merchandising and customer journey improvements.
  • Work alongside specialist digital partners across Meta, Google, Shopify and CRO.
  • Develop organic growth opportunities including Pinterest and SEO.
  • Get involved across the wider business, from product launches to our STORIES Scent Society Gatherings and the Friends of STORIES ambassador programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

ABOUT YOU

You may already be a Digital Marketing Manager, or a strong Senior Digital Marketing Executive ready for more responsibility.

Ideally, you'll have around 3 to 5 years' relevant digital marketing experience and a strong understanding of how the full marketing funnel works.

Experience across some of the following would be valuable:

  • Shopify and ecommerce
  • Klaviyo or CRM and email automation
  • GA4 and digital analytics
  • customer segmentation and automated flows
  • conversion and retention
  • Meta and Google Ads performance
  • SEO and Pinterest
  • DTC, beauty, fragrance, fashion or premium consumer brands

You don't need to be an expert in every area. What matters is that you understand how the pieces connect, are comfortable with data, have the initiative to make things happen and want to develop your career within a growing business.

WHY STORIES

You'll be joining a seven-year-old independent luxury fragrance house at an exciting stage of growth.

As part of a small team, you'll have real visibility across the business and the opportunity to make a tangible impact rather than owning one narrow part of marketing.

Our marketing runs beyond the screen. STORIES Scent Society Gatherings bring people together in person, and our Friends of STORIES ambassador programme grows through the people who already love what we make. You'll see how that connects to everything happening online.

You'll work directly with our Founder & CEO and gain exposure across the complete digital customer journey.
