Company Description

Athera Intelligence is an independent AI research lab focused on AI integrity and neurodivergent-centered product design. The team conducts rigorous primary research and builds products such as Sentinel, an AI integrity suite, and Fixate, a productivity OS tailored for neurodivergent users. Every solution is based on validated evidence, peer-reviewed methodologies, and transparent research trails. Athera also delivers custom full-stack development projects for individuals and organizations, ensuring that research translates into practical tools. Role Description

The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns to increase awareness and engagement for Athera Intelligence’s products and research initiatives. In this full-time remote role, the intern will help manage social media channels, draft and schedule content, and monitor community interactions. Responsibilities include:

  • Tracking performance metrics through web analytics tools

The intern will collaborate with research and product teams to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible messages for digital audiences. This role also involves:

  • Preparing regular reports on campaign performance
  • Suggesting data-informed improvements

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in university (credit-based work)
  • 3+ month commitment (minimum)
  • 10–20 hrs/week available
  • Comfort with async communication (remote team)
  • Genuine interest in AI research or neurodivergent communities
  • Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing skills to plan, create, and manage campaigns across key platforms.
  • Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing, including campaign execution, audience targeting, and content optimization.
  • Experience or coursework in Web Analytics to measure performance, interpret data, and inform marketing decisions.
  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to express complex topics clearly and adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Interest in AI, technology, or neurodivergent-centered product design; prior exposure to these areas is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate across functions.
  • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) or marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is beneficial.
