Role Description

The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning, execution, and optimization of online campaigns that promote Equity House’s mission and initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with social media content creation and scheduling, monitoring engagement, and helping manage online communities across platforms. The intern will contribute to email and online marketing activities, track performance using web analytics tools, and prepare basic reports and insights for the team. This is an internship role, structured as a hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work from home acceptable depending on team needs and project requirements.

  • Demonstrated interest and foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing.
  • Ability to support Social Media Marketing activities, including content drafting, posting, and audience engagement.
  • Basic understanding of Web Analytics tools and concepts to monitor campaign performance.
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with good time management and organizational skills.
  • Curiosity about youth empowerment, future of work, and impact-driven initiatives; prior experience in start-ups or social impact organizations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with common digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, email marketing tools) and basic design or content tools is beneficial.
